I have running scrapbooks I add pages to on a regular basis for both of them. I have started digital scrapbooking and keep the layouts simple to save time, I do personalize some of the pages to the specific mom, but others I just print 2 copies (and sometimes a 3rd copy for us). Christmas, birthday, and mother's day gifts taken care of for the year =) Neither of them are very good at keeping photos up to date, so they really appreciate having pictures of their grand daughters at hand. They would be disappointed if they didn't get them. This year I started a smaller version for the 2 great grandmas as well.
