Organize For Thanksgiving By Labeling Your Serving Platters

One of my favorite organizing tips for Thanksgiving includes labels of course! When your preparing for your Thanksgiving feast or any large meal it is a good idea to take out all of your serving platters ahead of time and take inventory. Clean them up if they have been sitting around for a while then label each platter with the dish you plan on using it for. This will save you from searching for a platter at the last minute or even worse realizing you ran out just when you need it most.

I too, do this, and my hubby and mom both think I’m insane! My mom will pull all of the platters/trays out and say “Why can’t you just remember?” When the fact is she can’t remember either! LOL Hubby just isn’t big on presentation.
Tanna, I thank you for evidence, once again, that I am not all that insane!

LOL, Ah yes so glad that I can be a constant reminder that you are not as weird as your family thinks you are! ;) We are so misunderstood.

I think this is a brilliant idea! I’m going to try it. I always run out of bowls for veggies or I’m looking for a platter.
