Thanksgiving is near and while I am not the cook of the family I do like to help organize before the festivities!
Since we moved to Tennessee 4 years ago one of the things we decided that we really wanted to do is host a big Thanksgiving dinner in our home every year. I love gathering together with the family and enjoying the day together. Easy for me to say I don’t do any of the cooking! :)
Last week Shaina provided some great tips to help you plan ahead for a stress free Thanksgiving. At our house, Hubby is in charge of cooking the turkey and all of the other yummy goodness that goes with it like the stuffing, gravy and mashed potatoes. When we were working on our guest list we also decided what other dishes we needed and who could bring what. Veggie casserole, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, rolls… yummmm! With 25 people here there will be tons of great food to eat!

This year we quickly jotted our lists down on a piece of paper, then I thought this would make a great printable, after all we will use it every year! I am also providing this printable to you for free. I simply made separate lists for the dishes you need and what guests will being them. At the bottom is a place for you to do a quick list of the guests you will have attending. I usually just put one name of the family with a number next to it for the total number including kids. Then you can quickly go through and add them up.
