Easy Thanksgiving Leftover Meal Ideas

If your house is anything like ours you might have a decent sized portion of left over food after Thanksgiving. We usually have enough for a whole extra meal for our family and then some.

My favorite leftover turkey meal is Shepard’s Pie! It is so easy to make I could even do it! Essentially you take all the yummy leftovers and layer it in a casserole dish, top it off with the mashed potatoes and bake it. Seriously delicious! Here is a recipe if you want to get technical. I just wait for the mashed potatoes to start to brown on top then I call it done. :)
