I shared my vanity drawer issue with you and now we are having the same problem in the kitchen. We have all of our large utensils in one drawer and they are always sliding around. I put a shelf liner in the drawer that has little grip things on it and that just seems to curl up and make things look worse. Since Hubby is the cook in the family and this drawer really started to bother him he decided to take on a quick project.
Using pine wood and essentially the same method as in the DIY Drawer Organizer he created a custom organizer for all of our large utensils. And, under $5 can’t beat that!

Where did he get that thin pine to do the organizers with?
Great idea! Somehow even though I do have the drawer organizers, my drawers still end up in chaos! My 15-month old must be the reason for that!
Our problem is that the drawer organizer’s are not the right fit or they can slide around causing havoc. I want to do this to all of my drawer’s now!
That is so funny…yesterday I was looking at the same drawer in my kitchen. I just could not figure out how to make it better. Hopefully I can convince Thomas to help me out and make it like Chad’s!! Oh yeah, I finally solved my spice storage problem. I bought a Spice Stack, it is working great for me.
