Menu Plan Monday – May 18th

I’ve been posting my Menu Plan Monday now for 10 weeks. After trying it out for a while I realize that it’s not quite working for me. As our schedules have been changing and Hubby has been working a little bit later I find that we change things up or have little time to discuss our meal plans. I’ve also noticed we don’t have a huge variety of meals that we eat and that has a lot to do with trying to find things the kids will actually eat. I feel as though I am posting the same menu every other week and just rotating them. Which is ok for us if that’s what we like to eat but it might get a little boring reading about it here over and over again.

So, for now I am going to leave you with this last Menu Plan and I think from now on I will just post a favorite recipe every once in a while as I try cooking some more things on my own. It is my goal to continue to bring interesting content on a regular basis and I just feel that this is not a good fit for me right now.

Oh, and remember my GO Project 365, yeah, some changes will be happening with that as well but I will tell you all about that later.

Here is what’s on the menu for this week…

Monday: Mom’s night out at Chick-fil-a with church small group.

Tuesday: Meatloaf, potatoes, green beans.

Wednesday: Spaghetti and bread sticks.

Thursday: Grilled Chicken, peas and wild rice.

Friday: Date Night

Saturday: Manager’s Special.

Sunday: Home made Pizza.
