HappyMama contained the kid’s toys and put them up out of reach. (think legos and matchbox cars, things that can be scattered easily) Then she created a catalog by using flashcards and a picture of what is in the box so the kids can tell what they have. To control the clutter the deal is that one box has to be cleaned up and put away before the next one can come down. – HappyMama

Have a large stamp collection and need an easy way to see what you have. Try creating a stamp index by stamping all of the images and storing them in a binder. – No Shrinking Violet
