In light of the recent Domino demise I thought I would provide a little closet eye candy from one of their spreads. This is one of my favorite closets they have featured.
A couple of things come to mind when I see this closet.
a.) Wow, that’s a lot of shoes.
b.) What would I do with all of these clothes? My whole wardrobe could probably fit in one of those little sections.
c.) I have a serious case of the Mommy frumps or I just have no style.
d.) This closet makes me want to play dress up.
Have you heard of the 80/20 rule? If you apply the 80/20 rule to clothing we would essentially wear 20% of our clothing 80% of the time. So when I see this closet I automatically assume she’s only wearing half of what she has and that’s being generous.
So, what comes to your mind when you see a pretty and organized closet?

I agree with Nicole that it would be stressful for me. Way too much stuff!
Yes! It’s been a long time since I’ve actually even considered wearing white pants. Just too risky. :)
I know most people would love this closet, but it’s overload for me! I love the shoes, but I would get stressed by having so many choices…
Lucky person to have such a nice closet.
But, then I see a lot of white pants and shirts. With 2 girls that are not overly messy I wouldn’t have that much white in my wardrobe.
I think this persons closet is a young professional.
