I am always looking for fun ways to decorate my daughter’s room. Right now we are doing pink and green and she has a mixture of antique heirlooms and newer pieces. She loves helping out in the kitchen and when I saw this picture I thought of her. Here they used rolling pins for hanging storage and the cookie sheets are magnetic boards. I can see a cupcake theme coming on. Big plush cupcake pillows… hmmm.

Since we have decided to take our house off the market one of the things we want to do is get rid of the playroom and move my youngest son out of his brother’s room. They don’t mind sharing but I am ready for a new decorating and organizing challenge. My oldest son’s room is decorated in earth colors. Blue, green and brown with maps on the walls. My youngest son loves cars trucks and building. I love the idea of bringing a toolbox like this in for him to use as drawers. I picture his room bright and cheery with a possible construction theme. I’ll be on the look out now. Buying up all the tool boxes I can find on sale for toy storage.
