Happy July everyone! I am still here I promise. This summer has proven hectic so far, but in a good way. I have been blessed with several new clients and tons of organizing fun has been had. Business usually picks up for me in the summer months which is challenging since all three kids are at home but I love every minute of it. And, the kids like the extra time they get to spend with the grandparents while mom has to work. After all the grandparents get to spoil them rotten and send them back home to me!
I’ve had a couple of 8 hour days of work this week and I just have to say to you working moms out their BLESS YOU! It has been a few years since I have worked full time out of the house. I got a slight taste of it again this week and it has been quite invigorating. (and tiring) I am a part time organizer and full time mom and as my business has grown I have constantly been trying to rearrange my schedule to best suit the needs of my family. Luckily I have a very supportive husband and family close by to help with the kids.
With this week as crazy as it has been I have neglected the blog. I have a million things I want to talk about so believe me there is not a lack of ideas. I think it is time to readjust the schedule again and come up with a good time for blogging. I usually do it at night but that doesn’t seem to be working as well lately, after all a girl has got to sleep right? It’s amazing how kids change things. I remember being able to stay awake until 3am studying and it never seemed to phase me. Now three kids later, I can hardly keep my eyes open past 11pm.
This summer marks the 2nd anniversary of my little business and my 1st year of blogging. I love watching them both grow and evolve. I look forward to many years to come sharing with you all.
Well it’s 10pm and seeing as how I only have about an hour before I turn into a pumpkin I better catch up on some emails. Happy 4th!
