Organizing For The Dogs

Our neighbor recently moved to another city. He is not gone for good but for this family the backyard fun with him and Wyatt will be missed. Wyatt is his 20 month old Weimaraner. The kids loved going out back in the evenings to run around with Wyatt and hang out with our neighbor, “Mr. Aaron.” So to honor our furry friend I wanted to share a few organizing ideas for man’s best friend.

So far we have a fish, so I am no expert in puppy paraphernalia. His supplies fit in one plastic container. If we ever get our house sold a puppy may be in our future, so please feel free to share any storage ideas below. I would be interested in hearing what works for you.

Such cute ideas! What works best for us is a metal “trash can” I found in the pet section at Target a few years ago to store food in. The lid has a plastic gasket to keep food fresh and it means not having to look at that ugly bag anymore. I really like that it’s metal to help keep light away from the food to extend the freshness.
